    he is so adorable in his rain coat. His expression looks a bit like he isn’t too happy in the rain, or maybe it’s the rain coat he doesn’t like.

        That makes more sense. I dont’ recall him looking like he didn’t like his raincoat before. But mud….yuck! That might mean a “bath”..
